• All money orders and cashiers checks will be subject to verification by our bank before order is mailed. This process may take 7-10 days.

• Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, and based on the actual published rates by our carriers.
• Mail order shipments usually take 7-10 days AFTER funds have been verified. You will be notified via email when you order ships
• Granny In The Woods is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.
• Shipments are made via UPS or USPS  within the continental United States upon verified payment confirmation
• We include $100.00 of insurance at no charge when shipping UPS and insure all USPS outbound packages shipped to the purchaser
  
• We will not be held liable for lost or damaged items by the United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service
  
• Lose or damage is a RARE occurance, however, in the case of loss or damage, please contact us immediately. We will work with the purchaser to resolve issues regarding the loss or damage and submit any necessary claims

We quarantee our products, if not completely satisfied with your purchase beads and jewelry designs may be returned for exchange or store credit. See terms and conditions below.

• Product must be returned with 7 days after you receive it. Please note: We track out bound packages
• Return items MUST be insured to the full value of the purchase
  
• The returned item must be original condition AND original shipping container

• Consignee will handle all matters concerning returns of their products including refunds of monies due.
• Granny In The Woods is not responsible for facilitating any Consignee returns or disputes over payments
